Bombpop Jello Shot Recipe - Perfect Treat for a Summer Party

The Bombpop was always my favorite treat from the Ice Cream Truck.  I love having a Jello Shot recipe that lets me enjoy the taste of summer in a Jello Shot.  The Bombpop Jello Shots are always a hit at summer parties so make sure you keep this Jello Shot recipe on hand for anytime you have a summer get together.

What you will need to make the
Bombpop Jello Shot recipe:

2 ounce clear souffle cups or something to hold your Jello Shots
non-stick cooking spray (if desired)
3 ounce box of Kraft Lemon flavored Jello
3 ounce box of Kraft Lime flavored Jello
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup Stoli Razberi Vodka
1/2 cup Blue Curacao Liqueur
1/2 cup DeKuyper Razzmatazz Liqueur
1 cup cold water
1/2 ounce lime juice


If you will be using souffle cups to make your Jello Shots I recommend preparing them by lightly coating the inside of each cup with non-stick cooking spray.  This will make the Jello Shots slide out easily.  If you choose to use another type of container for your Bombpop Jello Shot recipe you can skip this step.

To begin making the Bombpop Jello Shot recipe you will need to combine the Lemon Jello, Lime Jello and boiling water in a bowl.  Stir the mixture for two mintues, making sure all of the Jello has dissolved.

To create the great Bombpop flavor add the remaining ingredients and stir well.

At this point you have created the Bombpop Jello Shot recipe.  Pour the Bombpop Jello Shot mixture into Jello Shot cups and place in the refrigerator for several hours until firmly set.

The Bombpop Jello Shot recipe should provide you with approximately 24 2-ounce Bombpop Jello Shots for you and your party guests to enjoy.
